Appointments

Initials & follow-ups are both 60 minutes. Shorter follow-up appointments may be available on a case by base basis.

Insurance & Pricing

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare. I also offer self-pay options. Appointments cost $120 per 60 minutes.

The Process

What to expect when working with me

Step 1

Fill out the contact form and schedule a free 15 minute phone call. This call is meant to answer any final questions and help you feel comfortable moving forward.

Step 2

We’ll schedule your first appointment and you’ll receive an email with some brief initial office forms. You’ll have access to a secure client portal for paperwork & communication.

Step 3

During your first appointment, I’ll ask questions to get to know you and your experiences. We’ll set a direction and decide what our initial steps will be. You can ask me questions, too!

From there, nutrition counseling is tailored to you, your goals, dreams, and individual situation. I can’t wait to get to know you!

My goal is to create a safe place where you can reconnect with yourself and explore your relationship with food and your body without judgment. The work I do is through a compassionate, trauma-informed lens.

For those who desire it, I offer faith-based nutrition counseling. I find that grounding in our faith and values can be a great source of strength and guidance on this journey to a healthier relationship with food.

I love to incorporate faith into nutrition counseling for eating disorders. We can tailor this to your preferences and needs. Understanding nutrition and our bodies through the lens of God’s creation can be very powerful. A faith community, prayer, worship, and Bible study can all be extremely helpful in navigating change and finding support.
