Non-Diet Dietitian in Indiana

I love traditions. It’s part of how we connect with others, honor the past and look forward to the future. Food is a part of that. I want my clients to be able to enjoy food and participate in making great memories with others.

you deserve to enjoy food again

No guilt. No shame. Just fun.

Food is tied to memories, emotions, traditions, people, and so much more. I love helping clients explore all those things in their relationships with food. My goal is for them to feel confident in nourishing themselves so they can connect with others and achieve the life they want to live.

What to expect in our sessions

LEARNING

We’re always learning. If something didn’t work, we approach it with curiosity instead of judgment. If something did work, we figure out why and learn how can we apply it to something else.

COMPASSION

There are many things in life that are hard and unexpected. We’re all doing the best we can. When we lead with compassion, we can learn and support one another, and life gets just a bit easier.

GRACE

We’re going to make mistakes, mess up, hurt someone when we don’t intend to. Grace allows us to forgive and learn from those situations, redeeming them in ways we can’t imagine.

fun facts about me

The things I love

  • Hiking with my friends or daughters…but only if it’s less than 70 degrees. I get hot and that’s not fun.
  • Cross country skiing in the woods. It’s peaceful, quiet, and so naturally beautiful. I started skiing in middle school with my family and still love family ski trips.
  • Cookies. Need I say more? Chewy ones, not crunchy.  I’m still working on making good, chewy, not flat chocolate chip cookies. If you have tips, please share!
  • Making some foods from scratch… maple syrup, sauerkraut, sausage. Such great family memories and I hope to do those things in the future so my kids and grandkids have similar memories.
